Job Description

As a Client Success Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the ongoing success of our clients. You will work on building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, serving as a pivotal link between our clients and internal teams. Your primary goal is to ensure that our clients fully benefit from the solutions we provide, and you will play a pioneering role in identifying and implementing new strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the Arnhem office.
  • Create, draft, and finalize quotes and policies for clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work closely with various internal teams to ensure that client needs are addressed promptly.
  • Implement strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Organize and manage client files and data to ensure easy access and accuracy.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins, updates, and reviews.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for improvements and working with clients to implement changes that enhance their success.
  • Managing and resolving client issues efficiently, escalating where necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Monitoring client satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys, implementing strategies to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to support new business acquisition.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • It is a plus if you already have WFT certificates such as WFT Basic, WFT Insurance Individual, and WFT Insurance Business. If not, you must be willing to obtain these at our expense.
  • Proven experience in a client success or account management role, preferably in the insurance, entertainment or sports industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to the dynamic nature of the sports industry.
